Courtney Jones-Roberts is an award-winning Creative Director and Principal at Black & Gray Studio in Houston, Texas. Throughout her 18-year career, she has led creative teams across various industries in notable projects, from brand strategy for multi-million dollar mergers to creating innovative tech startup apps.

Her passion for thoughtful design and collaborating with amazing people fuels her drive to push the boundaries in creative marketing that others want to play safe in.

She is becoming quite the serial entrepreneur in her own right, founding Worthy, a nonprofit launching this year inspired by her son and her belief that all children are worthy of the essentials in life, and The Champagne League, a brand rooted in her love of champagne and creating space for joy. Outside of her work, she can be found hosting impromptu parties, training for Hyrox, taking on Peloton boot camps, and perfecting her craft at curating charcuterie boards.
